Night is a new clay body we recently developed. This smooth cone 5-6 body fires a dark black in oxidation. This Body is for oxidation firing only. Make sure fumes are not breathed off kiln. DO NOT RAKU.
To get bright colors we recommend using a white engobe under your glazes. This will allow brightly colored glazes to shine and reduce pin holing.
Recommended bisque fire at cone 04 to improve glaze performance. Cone 6 Shrink 12% Cone 6 Absorption 2%
