We sincerely hope you are delighted with any product you purchase from us. Our store staff can solve many problems you may encounter with items you've purchased from us. Many items purchased from Roadrunner Ceramics may be returned, however there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund on the following:
We sincerely hope you are delighted with any product you purchase from us. Our store staff can solve many problems you may encounter with items you've purchased from us. Many items purchased from Roadrunner Ceramics may be returned, however there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Return item(s) must be in “new” condition with original packaging & seals intact and no indication of use.
- Please check your deliveries carefully. Shortages and damages not reported to us within 30 days are not eligible for refund.
- All returns must be pre-approved by Roadrunner Ceramics.
- If merchandise is returned for any reason other than defects or our error, a 15% restocking fee plus shipping will be charged.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund on the following:
- Raw materials, chemicals and stains (for contamination reasons)
- Video tapes, books, magazines & DVD's
- Liquid glaze that does not ship with a factory safety seal (eg. Duncan, some Mayco sizes)
