GCP52 Cranberry- Jar

A Jessica Putnam Phillips glaze.

Cranberry is a glossy, pinkish-red glaze that grows micro-crystalline flakes on the surface.

These jars of glaze are made for brushing, should be fired to cone 5/6, and contain 1 pound of dry powdered glaze.  The brushing media has already been added so all you need to do is add water and mix.  For best results, apply 2-3 coats of glaze.

  • Add 14 ounces (414 milliliters) of water to 1 jar of Cranberry
  • We recommend letting the glaze sit overnight and re-mixing the glaze in the morning.
  • We recommend sieving this glaze.

Safety Warning

Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
