Cr2O3 A versatile colorant used in glazes to most commonly produce various green tints. Can be used in combination with tin oxide to produce pinks, and in combination with lead to produce reds.
In the presence of zinc oxide, chrome will produce tans and browns. Usually used in percentages of less than 2% It cannot be used to make a metallic glaze.
